Job Description

As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting campus operations by coordinating facilities and maintenance service requests and ensuring a high standard of client service across Campus Life and Facilities operations. Here is how you will make it matter:

* You will act as a first point of contact for facilities related enquiries, providing timely, accurate and customer focused support.

* You will coordinate and manage service requests through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting effective scheduling and prioritisation.

* You will ensure high quality data entry, reporting and administrative support across facilities, security access and minor works activities.

* You will support procurement and financial processing activities, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.

* You will contribute to a collaborative Corporate Services team, promoting safe, ethical and professional practices at all times.

You will also have:

* Relevant qualifications or experience in administration, purchasing, accounts payable or facilities support, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.

* Demonstrated experience providing high quality client service in a fast paced or operational environment.

* Strong digital literacy, with the ability to work confidently across multiple systems and databases.

* Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a commitment to workplace safety, equity and ethical conduct.

What we can offer

This is a continuing, full time position primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) campus.

Griffith University's sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

Salary Range

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86,138 - $90,558 per annum.
