Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
The role of an Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of board processes, stakeholder events, and community initiatives.
This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing administrative excellence with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Board Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports and agendas, take and record minutes, manage board correspondence, and follow up actions.
* Grants & Sponsorships: Identify and coordinate awards and grants, manage reporting and approval processes.
* Event Coordination: Prepare invites, manage RSVPs, and host VIPs for events.
* Internal Meetings & Staff Engagement: Record and distribute minutes for manager, WHS, and rostering meetings, and coordinate staff activities.
* Donations & Affiliate Clubs: Manage sponsorship requests, administer annual club renewals and applications.
* Administration & Projects: Support with correspondence, workflow organisation, and other general administration and initiatives.
