The Role
As a registered nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes:
* Providing and monitoring resident care, using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
* Developing therapeutic relationships with residents and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes
* Participating in the development of a supportive environment that promotes resident independence and well-being
