As a Luxury Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an efficient and effective environment at our boutiques. This includes generating and reviewing daily reports, supporting management with compliance and internal processes, and maintaining the back-of-house areas.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for procuring sales supplies, miscellaneous items, and vendor creation, ensuring timely delivery and reasonable quantities
* Distribute and maintain boutique keys, fobs, and passes for all staff
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure all maintenance issues are raised and followed through
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and review daily reports, resolving discrepancies before the end of each month
* Maintain the back-of-house areas, ensuring space is optimized and procedures are followed
* Support management with compliance and internal processes, including policies and procedures
