About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team. This role support the Director's and senior management across projects in NT and the businesses overall expansion. The company manages projects in the Urban Development, Civil and Building infrastructure space. D&P service a range of clientele which will assist in the successful applicants development.
To be successful in this role the successful applicant will have:
* Completed a tertiary qualification in either Construction Management, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil / Structural) or Architecture.
* Certificate/Diploma in Project Management preferred but not critical.
* Industry experience in either Civil/Building or Both - Minimum 8 years
* Trade experience is welcomed
* Construction White Card
* Current NT Drivers License (or equivalent)
* Previous experience engaging with consultants, contractors and clients
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and experienced in client and subcontractor management
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
