Bakers Delight are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Echuca, VIC.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking
* Preparing and baking a variety of bread products (loaves, rolls, pies and pastries)
* Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
* Various baking techniques and methods
* Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
* Stock management and ordering
* Cleaning and equipment upkeep
Skills and Abilities
* Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant field
* Ability to work in a team workplace
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
Fulltime Position available.
