The Role CLA is growing every day, and we are looking for suitably qualified, dynamic, and energetic Registered Nurse who is dedicated, values-oriented, with a passion for providing high-quality care. You will play a key role in supporting our clients to live independently and thrive in their own homes and in the community.

Potential study/training opportunities – We invest in our people! 5 Week's annual leave (Pro Rata for permanent employees) Access to Long Service Leave after 7 years of continuous service A progressive, supportive & positive team environment What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven expertise in overseeing Medication Management and Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding, including the implementation, monitoring, and assessment of staff to ensure the effective execution of individualised care plans. A key focus will be placed on aligning all practices with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Practice Standards, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care.
Leadership: You'll provide vital support assessing to ensure our team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver exceptional care and meet the criteria set out in individual plans.
We require: Current AHPRA registration Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Provide culturally sensitive care Demonstrated experience in exercising best judgment when performing duties Strong computer skills; experience in client management systems is desirable Current Driver's License and registered, insured vehicle NDIS workers screening check & orientation module CLA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to achieving a diverse workforce.
