Barista All Rounder
In this role, you’ll excel in both coffee making and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently serve great coffee swiftly while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.
Position Vacancy:
* casual position, 5 shifts per week
* shift times: 5am -11am / 5am-12pm
* weekday rates: $35.18/hour weekday (Ages 20+)
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation
* Keep coffee machines and other equipment clean and in good working order to ensure the quality and efficiency of beverage preparation.
* Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately.
* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
* Monitor fuel pumps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience working as a barista in a coffee shop, café, or similar establishment.
* Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning and weekends
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
