**Change Manager Experience to focus on leading & Executing Change Management in large complex initiatives. - 6-month contract**

**Requirements of the position**
- Representing the interests of the Business Unit in wider Optus Change discussions as well as within the EPMO.
- Attendance and participation in the Change Community of Practice.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to support whole of practice capability uplift and continuous improvement.
- Assessment and definition of Change Management activities required across the Project deliverables.
- End to end design and delivery of Change Management solutions including assessments, strategy, planning, implementation, embedding and handover.
- Completion of all required/agreed Change Management artefacts including but not limited to impact assessments, strategies, plans, handover and embedding.
- Effective engagement with Senior Leadership, internal business partners (including Human Resources) and representatives of impacted stakeholders.
- Planning, design and delivery of training that drives future state retention of skills, knowledge and attitudes.
- Reporting status of Change Management activities and assisting in identifying, reporting, and escalating key issues, risks, and dependencies within the project.
- Working with Project Team members to support shared project outcomes.
**Skills that are needed**
- Experience in the design and implementation of a range of organizational change management methods, techniques and approaches.
- Delivering change in agile & waterfall projects, driven by customer value and stakeholder impact.
- Detailed working knowledge of change management theory and practice, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysis.
- Support the development of a change management capability within client teams to accept the transformation while anticipating, identifying, and planning for obstacles and barriers to delivering change management, communication, and capability build.
- Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring Minimum 5 years' experience in Organisational Change/Change Management.
- Experience in Platform Operating Model change
- Private Sector experience
- Experience in working in Waterfall, AGILE and other project management methodologies. as requested from the key relevant stakeholders
