We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Real Equity Property Agents in Edmondson Park, NSW. This is a full‑time role offering the opportunity to be part of a leading real estate agency and contribute to the growth and success of our residential sales portfolio.
What you'll be doing
* Generating and qualifying new leads through effective prospecting and networking activities
* Conducting property appraisals and providing accurate market insights to potential vendors
* Negotiating and securing property listings, managing the sales process from start to finish
* Organising and hosting open homes, property inspections and other marketing activities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team-based sales targets
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
* Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
* Excellent marketing and promotional abilities to effectively showcase properties
* Thorough understanding of the local property market and current industry trends
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Driven, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional results
* Valid Real Estate Sales licence or willingness to obtain one
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
