About the Role
Part-time (0.5 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 7 months. This position is expected to continue through to 2031 subject to Commonwealth funding. Base salary range: $83,212– $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation and district allowance.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level academic and administrative support to staff and students at the Derby site.
* Coordinate a broad range of academic services and office operations to ensure efficient delivery of medical training.
* Be part of a small, supportive team delivering high quality academic support to medical students in a rural setting.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency.
* Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
* Proficient in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
* Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
