A Marketing Leadership position responsible for driving lead generation through various direct marketing initiatives.
You'll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, oversee content creation, manage the marketing database, and supervise a team of two offshore marketing assistants.
Reporting to the Director and owner of the business, your strategic thinking, hands-on approach, and ability to analyse campaign performance will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel direct marketing campaigns (email, Linked In, SMS).
Create and deploy outreach sequences to generate appointments with business owners.
Use content to educate problem-aware prospects and move them toward conversion.
Build and manage nurture sequences and re-engagement workflows for dormant leads.
Lead the creation of value-driven content, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and Linked In content.
Collaborate with offshore editors and creators to produce video content and repurpose assets across platforms.
Use CRM and third-party tools to monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within digital marketing, demand/lead generation, or growth marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, or similar tools.
Strong campaign management skills, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret analytics, and make informed decisions to optimize results.
Experience working collaboratively with creative agencies, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
Content creation and email marketing experience, with a focus on engaging and converting target audiences.
