Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in aged care, community care or health services, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing the highest level of care and support to our residents, engaging with them and their families, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Provide person-centered care and support to residents
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
* Adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in aged care, community care or health services
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care (preferred)
* NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
* Flexible availability over weekdays and weekends
