Warehouse Assistant Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment as part of our Plumbing Branch Team.
* You will be responsible for assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with access to products, as well as undertaking various tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the branch.
Your duties will include safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles/trucks, demonstrating strong traffic management skills. Additionally, you will use your computer skills for order processing and stock administration, accurately receipting, checking, and locating goods.
* Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the warehouse and yard is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehousing, operating forklifts and inwards goods, drive a safety culture, and be comfortable using a computer, with a willingness to learn new systems.
