Junior Sales Executive – IT & Managed Services

Mission Technology Solutions is a fast-growing IT & Managed Services provider working with quality SME clients across Queensland. We're looking for a junior, motivated sales professional who wants to learn, earn, and build a long-term career in tech sales
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is confident on the phone, commercially curious, and driven to create opportunities, not just wait for them
The Role
You'll work closely with our existing client base while also proactively identifying and creating new sales opportunities. This is a hands on sales role where activity, follow-up, and relationship management matter.
You will be responsible for-
* Proactively calling existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Booking meetings and creating qualified sales opportunities
* Selling our IT, managed services, security, cloud, and related technology solutions
* Managing client relationships post-sale and growing accounts over time
* Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
* Working closely with our technical team to ensure great client outcomes
You'll report directly to our Sales GM and receive structured mentoring, sales training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What We're Looking For
* Junior sales experience (B2B preferred but not essential)
* Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Strong phone presence and willingness to pick up the phone daily
* Hunger to learn, improve, and build a sales career
* Organised, proactive, and accountable
* Interest in technology, IT, or managed services (training provided)
