About the role
We are seeking a talented Junior Draftsperson/ Graduate Building Designer to join the dynamic team at Three Dimensions Property Pty Ltd. In this full-time work from home role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our architectural design team, contributing to the creation of innovative and functional building plans.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting senior designers in the production of 2D and 3D architectural drawings and models
* Interpreting client briefs and design specifications to translate concepts into detailed plans
* Collaborating with the design team to ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards
What we're looking for
* Strong proficiency in architectural drafting software such as Revit and AutoCad
* Demonstrated understanding of construction methods, materials and relevant building codes
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field
* A quick learner with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
