- End to end Accounts Payable Role
This market leading organisation based in Bayswater is actively looking for an experienced full function Accounts Payable Officer to join their supportive, close-knit team on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Group Accountant, your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the monthly reconciliations supplier statements
- Assist in financial month end reconciliations
- Review and action credit balances for all suppliers
- Process weekly payment runs
- Manage all employee expenses and reimbursements
- Reconciliation of petty cast and credit card expenditure
- Back up support to AR
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar position within a high-volume and end-to-end environment. You must possess exceptional written and communication skills as building long term relationships with all stakeholders is essential for this exciting opportunity.
