We are seeking expressions of interest from an enthusiasticAccounts Clerk / Accounts Officerto join our finance team based in Geraldton. This full-time role (8.30am-5.00pm) will be responsible for taking ownership of our Accounts Receivable Role and thereafter leading to a variety of accounts and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business. This position is available 5th January 2026 start.
General duties may include:
Following up of outstanding Accounts
EFT settlement, cash and cheque payments and process deposits daily.
Monitor the use of petty cash.
Credit card reconciliations.
Maintain systems records.
Answer phone and respond to customer queries regarding their accounts.
Input creditor invoices.
Assist Finance Assistant with Payroll
Other duties as requested by Manager
The successful applicant must have:
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills
High organisational skills
Attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills.
It would be desirable if the applicant has experience:
Best Practice (Training provided)
Xero Accounting program (Training provided)
Employment Hero program (Training provided)
Preferably 2 years experience in administration / accounts.
