About the Role
You'll operate as a trusted adviser to executives and senior leaders, blending strategic thinking with hands on delivery across a diverse portfolio. You'll guide organisational change, build leader capability and lead people and culture contributions across major initiatives while supporting a strong, safe, positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Provide strategic, expert and operational advice across a broad range of people and culture initiatives, policy and practice.
* Partner with senior leaders across portfolios, build deep insight into priorities and act as trusted coach and adviser.
* Offer pragmatic, solutions focused support on employee relations, investigations, succession, recruitment, retention, reward, performance and leadership coaching.
* Lead people and culture contributions to organisational change and team restructures using contemporary change management principles, including planning, role design and communication.
* Partner with senior leaders on enterprise agreement negotiations and implementation, ensuring practical and consistent outcomes across The Gordon.

About You
You're a seasoned HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments, brings calm confidence to complex issues and builds trust quickly. You think strategically, communicate with impact and enjoy partnering with leaders and the stakeholder to create better workplace experiences.

You bring:
* Significant experience in senior HR / P&C partnering roles including complex employee and workplace relations in unionised environments
* Strong skill in prevention and resolution of industrial relations issues, including confident, constructive engagement with union representatives.
* In?depth knowledge of workplace relations legislation and case law, with confidence using this knowledge to shape policy, practice and advice.
* Experience leading change initiatives including restructures, change communication and support for leaders through transition.
* Strong capability in coaching leaders, building people management skills and driving continuous improvement in people, and culture practices.
* Possible line about experience in contributing/developing policies.
