About the Role
You'll manage a well‐maintained residential portfolio while being fully supported by a highly capable team.
What You'll Manage
* Approximately 90 properties
* End‐to‐end management with admin support from a VA
* Minimal out‐of‐office work
* A calm, organised workflow with realistic expectations
What You'll Do
* Manage a clean, capped residential portfolio
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Handle routine tenancy management and communication
* Work closely with an Assistant PM, Leasing Officer and VA
* Prioritise exceptional tenant care and timely follow‐up
* Prepare for and attend QCAT as required
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Are an experienced Property Manager (comfortable with ~120 properties)
* Love providing great service and communicating clearly
* Are organised, proactive and solutions‐driven
* Enjoy a fun, collaborative team environment
* Hold a QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
