Working up to four days per week, you’ll support the growth of L'Occitane Australia & New Zealand across our digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing premium digital content that drives engagement and conversion.Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you’ll be responsible for owning and delivering digital design assets across all online touchpoints, from email marketing to website banners, paid media, and social campaigns. This role is hands-on and strategic, requiring both a strong design eye and a performance-driven mindset.Some Key Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and design digital content for our eCommerce site, social media, paid ads, email templates, banners, and landing pages both static and video elementsCollaborate with digital and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and create designs that meet solutionsEnsure consistency in branding across all digital assetsParticipate in design discussions and offer creative solutions to drive engagement/ test and learn scenariosQuickly translate ideas into mock-ups, and wireframes for reviewIterate new designs based on feedbackCreate digital assets (static, video, HTML) for a range of platformCreate website assets from hero design to web animationsCreate email designs for CRM programs relating to the e-commerce channel and one-off campaigns and coordinate the creation of channel email templatesDesign and develop homepage banners, landing pages, and email conceptsAbout You3+ years of experience as a digital designer (experience in the beauty industry is advantageous)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignAbility to edit, retouch, and resize images with speed and accuracyExcellent understanding of visual design principlesStrong working knowledge of web technologiesEffective teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong portfolio showing the breadth of your design capabilitiesWhat's On OfferFlexible core work hours/hybrid working modelGenerous staff discounts on L'Occitane products!Skincare consultation + complimentary productsBe apart of a company that is officially B Corp CertifiedIf this sounds like the role for you, APPLY NOW!
