We will build on your hospitality industry experience and give you the tools to help support employees with a disability in our current coffee van. Reporting to the Senior Social Educator, the Crew Coordinator will support day‐to‐day supervision, one‐on‐one training, personal goal setting and case notes of those employees in the team.
Responsibilities
* Support day‐to‐day supervision of team members.
* Provide one‐on‐one training to staff.
* Assist with personal goal setting for employees.
* Maintain accurate case notes for all team members.
Requirements
* Unrestricted driver's licence.
* Current first aid certificate.
* NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC).
* Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a barista.
* Fully vaccinated against Covid‐19.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Record Check and, where applicable, a Working with Children Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
