About the role: We're currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Parap, NT on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week).As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and professional experience for our candidates and clients.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing phone enquiries, supporting the clinical team with daily setup, assisting candidates with paperwork, and confirming identification.
We'll provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to support your success and help you build confidence in your role.
What we're looking for: Previous experience in customer service or medical administration Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills High ethical standards and professionalism Team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to cultural awareness and sensitivity Please note: this position requires a company-funded pre-employment medical assessment.Why join us?
