We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior IR professional to lead our people advisory and industrial relations function.
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished individual with extensive experience in providing expert HR advice, overseeing compliance with relevant legislation and policy. A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required. At least 7 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations are necessary, preferably within a local or state government context.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in HR advisory services, knowledge of relevant legislation and policy, and experience in leading teams.
