Job Overview
Position: Customer Service Officer at ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company, Hemmant branch. Join a high‑performing team delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm on a rolling shift roster.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service over phone, email, and front counter.
* Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions.
* Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
* Enter sales data, manage invoicing, general administration and purchasing.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in a similar customer‑service role.
* Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A can‑do attitude and strong desire to learn and develop your skillset.
* Team player who can multi‑task well.
