You need to be bright, energetic, show great aptitude and a desire to hit the ground running
These positions require someone with full function payroll experience, where they will be responsible for end to end outsourced payroll processing using ADP payroll system.
There is possibility of the role getting extended.
duties are outlined but not limited to the following:Preparation of payroll: Fortnightly payroll for employeesResolve any queries relating to payroll, inclusive of LSL, superannuation, time sheets and PAYG summariesAssist with payroll month end to end and year-end processesPreparation of contractsStaff correspondence including salary changes and roster pattern changesEmployees compensation administrationMaintaining and updating personnel recordsSkills Required:A Full function payroll processing Expert using ADP is highly desirable
Month/year end reconciliations, payroll tax, superannuation, EBA interpretation etc.Strong attention to detail, computer/systems savvy.Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail.This is a great opportunity for a proactive, confident and self-motivated individual looking to work in a dynamic environment.
