Job Summary:
Technical Sales Support Engineer uses their extensive knowledge of product & technology features to sell and provide technical support for these products to Customers. Assess a customer's technical needs, explain details about technical products, place orders, attend sales events and trade shows, collaborate with sales teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provides qualified technical sales support to sales team for marketing and sales activities, and to Operations for technical support as required.
* Interact with customers and sales representatives to gain firsthand familiarity of customer needs plus product applications.
* Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain top level positive perception by customers pertinent to organization support structure.
* Prepare technical samples, designs along with presentations to provide supportive technical data as per customer needs.
* Participate in sales support related conferences, trade shows, workshops plus meetings to update on current information plus developments in industry.
* Conduct facility performance audits across crude oil, gas, water, and sand management systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and digital solutions) to design cost-effective optimization roadmaps that enhance production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality.
* Support technical sales activities by preparing customized proposals, technical clarifications, and solution strategies aligned with client needs and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or masters in Chemical and Process Engineering
* Strong background in process equipment, production facilities, or process engineering.
* EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
* Willing to travel internatioanl and domestically to visits Client sites, facilities as per work requirements
