Quest Moorabbin now has an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Service Agent in the Front Office Reception. We are looking for a guest experience professional with a passion for customer service and sales to join our team on a full‐time, part‐time or casual basis in a very fast‐paced Front Office role.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all aspects of front office reception and concierge services run smoothly
* Promote and sell accommodation – solid sales skills required
* Manage guest relations, reservations and administration
* Handle guest feedback and complaints
* Perform check‐ins and check‐outs
* Maintain accurate guest accounts and history
* Deliver a high level of professional customer experience
* Respond to accommodation enquiries and process reservations and accounts
* Ensure in‐house guest safety and security, including property security
* Prepare night audit reporting and reconciliation
Qualifications
* Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer service
* Strong time‐management skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Reliability and flexibility
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Sales skills
* High level of personal presentation
* Genuine interest in a career within the hotel industry
* Hotel Reception and Concierge experience desirable
* Experience in front‐office systems
Schedule
Full‐time, part‐time or casual position on a rotating roster. Must be available to work shifts from 7am‐3pm and 3pm‐11pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
