About the role
This Brand Manager role sits within a high‐profile skincare portfolio and will take ownership of one of the business's largest and most strategically important categories. Working across a highly visible product range, you will lead integrated 360 campaigns spanning media, PR, digital, influencer activity, partnerships, events and retail activations. The role offers broad exposure across both consumer and medical marketing, partnering closely with healthcare professionals, pharmacy retailers and internal commercial teams. Alongside the creative brand & activations piece, you will manage a significant marketing budget, forecasting, market and sales data, contribute to product development initiatives and work closely with shopper marketing teams to drive in‐store execution and brand growth.
About you
You are a commercially minded and established Brand Manager with experience delivering integrated campaigns across consumer brands, ideally within beauty, skincare, pharmacy or FMCG environments. You bring strong activation capability across media, digital and retail channels, combined with solid analytical skills and confidence working with sales and market data. You ideally have exposure to local product manufacturing and the product development process for skincare and beauty products. You are collaborative, motivated and comfortable operating in a fast‐paced environment where cross‐functional partnership is key. Strong Assistant Brand Managers who have stepped into broader brand ownership and activation responsibilities will be considered, otherwise this role is perfect for an established brand manager looking to take on big budgets and a globally renown brand!
