About The Opportunity
As the
Finance Business Partner
, you will provide high-level strategic financial and business advice to Local Health District (LHD) Executives, Directors and Senior Leaders. This role partners closely with clinical and non-clinical leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing financial performance functions including budgets, activity-based management and performance monitoring systems
* Leading and contributing to monthly performance review processes, including preparation of integrated performance narratives
* Supporting Facility and Program Managers to deliver effective, efficient financial and business management outcomes
* Developing, monitoring and reporting on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and forward projections
* Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting
* Partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable financial and business strategies aligned to the LHD Strategic Plan

* Strong experience in financial management, analysis and business partnering within complex organisations
* Proven ability to provide clear, strategic advice to Senior Leaders and clinical stakeholders
* Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
* The ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines
