Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our mixed-use property portfolio. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 70-80 properties, ensuring timely rent collection, accurate outgoing tracking, and effective arrears management.
* Negotiate lease renewals, prepare associated documentation, and maintain open communication with tenants.
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement annual budgets, overseeing expenditures and optimizing financial performance.
Requirements:
* Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business administration.
* Hold a professional certification, such as RPA or LEED AP, demonstrating expertise in property management.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with a focus on mixed-use properties.
* Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
