This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

**Engagement**: 6 months

**Work days**: 3 days, preferred days Tues, Thurs & Fri.

**Work hours**: 7.5hrs per day

**Start date**: Immediate

**Success looks like**:

- Controls the document management process across the document lifecycle for all controlled and technical documents/drawings and other information; this includes maintaining the review process, version control and the controlled documents, ensuring a seamless document management process.
- Upholds rigorous quality control standards for all controlled documents, validating necessary approvals before publication, and ensuring compliance and reliability.
- Contributes to continuous improvement in technical information management, offering specialised advice and support to enhance overall process efficiency.
- Develops and delivers targeted training programs and user guides, facilitating the effective utilisation of the Electronic Document Management System and the controlled document process by employees.
- Actively participates in reviews and audits aligned with the 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements, contributing to ongoing process enhancements.
- Ensures adherence to legal requirements and established records management policies in managing, storing, retrieving, and disposing of company records and information.
- Maintains the Archive Register, collaborating with external service providers to secure, retrieve, and dispose of physical records and information in a secure and compliant manner.

**Exposure & Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in relevant discipline advantageous but not essential

Background
- Document lifecycle management experience, including control and versioning for technical documents and general information. Experience in an ISO 9001-accredited environment is advantageous.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality control standards for controlled documents, ensuring necessary approvals before publication.
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement and providing specialised advice to enhance efficiency in information management.
- Experience delivering training programs for the effective use of the Electronic Document Management System and controlled document processes.
- Familiarity with legal requirements and records management policies for compliance with company records.
- All temporary contractors, Citizens or Working Holiday Visa put forward must have a valid Police Clearance check and Full Work Rights to work in Australia
