CNC Programmer/Operator (Lathes) | Workshop | Kwinana Beach | Immediate Start
Our client is seeking experienced CNC Programmer/Operators (Lathes) to join their workshop team based in Kwinana Beach. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-permanent position with consistent hours, working in a fast-paced and well-established machining environment.
This role is ideal for machinists who are confident working independently and have strong programming and operating experience on CNC lathes.

* $55.00 per hour Flat Rate (Days) & $60.00 per hour Flat Rate (Nights)
* 55–60 hours per week available
* 5–6 working days per week
* Temp to permanent opportunity

About the Role:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes
* Work with Fanuc controls and conversational G-code programming
* Utilise Mastercam for programming where required
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in machining
* Ensure safe and efficient workshop practices
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in CNC machining
* Strong experience with CNC lathes
* Experience with Fanuc controls and G-code programming
* Exposure to Mastercam
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Certificate III in Engineering (First Class Machining)
