Generalist Business Partnering
Senior HR Business Partner
Your new role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-level HR services across a broad range of functions. This includes complex case resolution, workforce administration, performance management, organisational design, and talent and succession planning. You will work closely with Strategic Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to implement people initiatives and optimise HR processes through digitisation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex HR enquiries and produce reporting aligned with service level agreements
Support the delivery of people programs and promote self-service optimisation
Manage workforce administration, including mass changes, executive separations, and employment documentation
Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and templates
Implement improvements to digitise and automate HR processes across all service areas
Support talent and succession planning, career pathway development, and job architecture maintenance
Deliver workforce experience initiatives including engagement programs
Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and support annual review processes
Conduct job evaluations and contribute to total reward programs and benchmarking
Provide data-driven workforce insights and support organisational change and planning
Manage HR system configuration, testing, and incident triaging
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and strategic planning
Experience managing complex casework and organisational change
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting tools
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
