Job Description:
Cyber Security Governance Analyst – A Strategic Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Business Analyst to support the development and uplift of Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) standards and procedures within a major Western Australian organisation.
This role is critical in documenting the current state of cyber GRC processes, identifying operational gaps, and shaping the future state as the organisation transitions to new contracting arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture, document, and validate existing cyber security standards, procedures, and processes.
* Define and document the future state of cyber GRC practices.
* Collaborate with the Security Architect on the design of future-state processes.
* Engage with diverse stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, identify gaps, and ensure alignment.
* Develop and maintain governance documentation including policies, procedures, and standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and support uplift activities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Cyber Business Analyst specialising in GRC, with a strong ability to translate complex technical cyber security concepts into business language.
They will also possess excellent facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, as well as solid project management and planning skills.
Additional Information:
* This is a full-time contract onsite role; remote work is not available.
