**Creative Activation** is on the lookout for **superstar retail Team Leader** to join our dedicated team for our client, **Coles, as part of the CRT team**.
Merchandising experience preferred however, the right attitude is essential You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing.

- Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures
- Ensure a strong PURPLE culture is fostered within your state
