Your role
As a Salesforce Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and solutions for our Salesforce platform. You will troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support Salesforce projects, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to manage high-priority issues and deliver timely resolutions.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
2. Incident Management: Offer 24x7 On Call support for P1 and P2 incidents, collaborate with teams, escalate issues, and participate in Post Incident Reviews.
3. Problem Management: Manage Salesforce tickets, resolve problems, and coordinate with other parties.
4. Request Management: Triage platform requests via Azure DevOps or applicable tools, including data extracts.
5. System Maintenance: Perform regular updates and enhancements to ensure optimal Salesforce platform performance.
Qualifications
* Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
* Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.
* Availability for weekend work (approx. 2 weekends every 3 months) and after-hours support.
* Participation in an on-call roster, approximately every 6-8 weeks for one week.
