Job Description
About you:
* You are passionate about local produce. There is no such thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part for the success of the daily kitchen operations.
* You have previous experience in pizza making, including dough handling, sauce preparation and oven operation.
* You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you will be doing:
* Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
* Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.
