Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Store Operations Manager to lead our team and support daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, sales, and staff supervision.
* Oversee key operational tasks such as stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
* Ensure smooth shift handovers and complete daily operational checklists.
* Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management.
* Enforce health & safety protocols.
* Drive sales performance and support promotions and marketing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a retail supervisory or duty management role, ideally within FMCG or high-volume environments.
* Strong people management skills and the ability to lead by example.
* Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
