Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting;
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients;
* Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning laundry meal preparation; monitor client medication remind them appointments shopping community activities ensure safe manual handling practices follow client-specific plans maintain confidentiality standards have current first aid cpr certification national police check willing obtain valid Australian driver's license reliable insured vehicle excellent communication interpersonal skills genuine passion caring helping others previous experience aged disability home community care person-centred principles manual training flexible availability weekends public holidays available emergency calls seven days week;
