About the role
Are you a passionate and experienced Greenkeeper or Groundsperson looking to join a leading turf management company? Complete Turf Management, a well-established business based in Landsborough, QLD, is seeking a full-time Greenkeeper - Groundsperson to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of commercial turf surfaces across SEQ.
What you'll be doing
1. All facets of turf care management including renovation techniques and spraying etc.
2. Use of plant and equipment - tractors with implements, quad bikes
3. Maintenance, repairs and servicing of machinery
4. Cleaning/washing down of machinery
5. Tidying up of workshop
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Greenkeeper, Groundsperson, or in a similar turf/landscaping role
2. Strong knowledge of turf management practices
3. Ability to operate and maintain a variety of turf maintenance equipment, such as tractors, sprayers, scarifiers, aerators
4. Hold an ACDC licence or be prepared to obtain
5. Good communication skills to liaise with clients
6. Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
7. A positive, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
8. A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
9. Be prepared to work full time hours, minimum 38 hour week
10. Be prepared to work across numerous job sites throughout SE QLD
