About theOpportunity
Your role as a Migration Lawyer / Agent will allow you to demonstrate your migration creativity, technical mastery and passion for helping clients, all with a forward thinking and high performing organisation.You will be working as part of a small team with administrative support, reporting directly to the Principal and Founder. In this role,you will deal with all areas of the migration sector, including assisting businesses with Labour Agreements and Sponsorships, and individuals to live and work in Australia through a variety of Visa streams.
About You
* You have experience working in a Migration Firm, including working on employer-sponsored Visas (subclasses 482, 186 and 407).
* Experience in end-to-end immigration and Visa processes, including collecting and checking documents against the relevant criteria, and finalising applications in preparation for lodgement.
* Migration Manager Software experience an asset.
* High level of computer literacy, utilising MS software applications for correspondence, reports, tables, policy documents, and presentations
* You are confident and love working with people.
* Experience with Administration Review Tribunal and / or Judicial Reviews
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively within set guidelines.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise,to ensure set outcomes are achieved.
* Own and be accountable of your work and behave in a respectful, professional and positive manner, with a 'can do' proactive attitude.
* Previous experience in immigration will be highly regarded.
