The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a major ERP transformation program. This is a high-impact role that will suit someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and driving outcomes. You'll act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and an external systems integrator, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to strategic goals. This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a finance background who understands both the technical and operational impact of ERP systems across finance, procurement, HR, and other enterprise functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation project (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and support). Manage the relationship with the external systems integrator, acting as the bridge between vendor and internal stakeholders. Establish and drive clear governance, documentation, and reporting protocols across the project. Partner with Finance, IT, People & Culture, and operational teams to ensure alignment and readiness across the business. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure change management, user training, and communication plans are executed effectively to support adoption. About You Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ERP implementation project (e.g., TechnologyOne, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) Previous experience working closely with or managing a systems integrator/vendor. Solid finance background (CA/CPA preferred or prior experience in finance roles before moving into project management). Highly organised, process-driven, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in navigating complex organisations.
