Restoration Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our customers and clients by engaging trades, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within client-set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Schedule trades/technicians/specialists.
* Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices.
* Focus on KPIs and client agreements.
* Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations.
* Effectively liaise with stakeholders.
