**About the role**
In this newly elevated position, the Head of Human Resources will raise HR practices while maintaining a culture of engagement and best practice. As a trusted adviser to the CEO and Management Team, the appointee will provide leadership to ensure that the organisational and workforce capacity, capability and culture are in place to support strategic goals. In addition to designing the people and culture strategy, the role will include the development of frameworks, policies, systems and processes for growth and an expanding workforce. A key focus will be the development and implementation of talent management, on-boarding and performance strategies across Australian and international offices. Critical to the success in this role will be oversight of continuous quality improvement, and the engagement and retention of the organisation's diverse and highly skilled workforce.
