About You
We are seeking a mature, customer-focused stylist who embodies professionalism and warmth. The right candidate will receive full training, including RSA certification, to uphold the high standards of service within our boutique. Strong customer service skills are essential.
This role is most suitable for someone available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with Thursday and Friday evening availability preferred. As this is a casual role in an appointment-only boutique, hours will vary.

Responsibilities include:
* Conducting personalised one-on-one consultations for gowns and accessories, including client measurements.
* Supporting brides through gown collection and styling appointments, offering tailored advice.
* Engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing styling recommendations that reflect both their personality and our boutique's collection.
* Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall boutique goals.
* Assisting with merchandising and presentation to ensure gowns and accessories are beautifully displayed.
* Maintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional boutique environment.
* Participating in day-to-day store operations, including transactions, stock management, gown preparation and general upkeep.
* Staying up to date with bridal fashion trends and product knowledge.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure every bride receives the highest standard of service.
* Undertaking RSA training and responsibly serve alcohol when required.
* Fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages customer confidence, loyalty, and referrals.
* Participating in boutique social media content to authentically showcase our gowns, styling, and client experience.
