We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional reception services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing calls, visitor flow, mail management, and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coverage for the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment
* Utilize phone systems and intranet platforms to manage calls and inquiries
* Greet visitors, notify personnel of their arrival, and monitor employee and visitor flow
* Maintain security requirements by distributing guest badges and signing visitor logs
* Maintain a professional appearance of the building lobby or reception area
* Support visitors with transportation requests, such as arranging taxi services
* Receive and route all deliveries, interact with vendors, couriers, and delivery personnel
* Responsible for mail sorting, distribution, and assisting with self-service shipping and courier services
* Support Workplace Experience activities, including office coordination, housekeeping, courier services, office repairs and maintenance, moves, pantry services, and stock management
* Assist with Facilities activities, such as managing work orders and conducting cleaning audits
* Provide support with training and meeting rooms, including equipment setup and furniture arrangement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in using phone systems, intranet platforms, and basic office software
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
