Position Overview
I am offering a temporary assignment this June for an experienced Property Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with a portfolio of 120 properties, all located close to the office.
2. Manage property operations in collaboration with an Assistant Property Manager.
3. Utilize PropertyTree software for property management tasks.
Details
- Start: Immediate / ASAP
- Work Days: 5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
- Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (flexibility to finish earlier if needed)
- Additional Benefits: Pool car or fuel reimbursement, school hours option
Requirements
- Must have property management experience
- Must be registered or licensed
