About the Role
* Flexible private outpatient work either from the comfort of your own home, on site or hybrid
* Freedom to accept or decline referrals based on your areas of interest and preferred patient population

About Us
* Melbourne Mental Health is located in the Inner East (Hawthorn) providing consultation rooms and administrative services for independent psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers to provide outstanding mental health services in a professional atmosphere of warmth and support. It is psychiatrist‐led by Dr Steven Chau (rated #1 on RateMDs accurate as on December 4, 2022). There is current availability for a like‐minded psychiatrist who shares our strong values and wants to provide impeccable patient care.
* Team: There are 10 psychiatrists, 1 mental health GP, 3 psychologists and 2 social workers located at Melbourne Mental Health.

* Location: Prestigious Auburn Road (Hawthorn) provides easy patient access via public transport, ample street parking, nearby parking for clinicians and local shops/cafes.
* Environment: There are 7 spacious consulting rooms over two levels with a comfortable waiting area on both floors. Additional facilities include a large meeting room and kitchen. Curated renovations and furnishings have been designed for exceptional comfort to enhance the therapeutic space.

About You

* Interest/Experience in ADHD is highly valued but not mandatory – we are not an ADHD clinic!
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
* Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
* Candidates with a moratorium are welcome to apply.
