Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality communications and customer service, managing internal and external enquiries, media requests, and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop and implement strategic communication plans, campaigns, and content across digital, print, and social media channels.
* Lead social media and digital platforms, including content creation, scheduling, analytics, and optimisation.
* Produce and manage a wide range of communications materials (e.g., newsletters, speeches, websites, video, and publications) in line with brand guidelines.
* Support and coordinate events, launches, and community initiatives, including government visits and awareness campaigns.
* Provide operational and administrative support, including reporting, content workflows, confidential information management, and participation in on‐call and emergency communications.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, or journalism, with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong content creation skills across digital platforms, including social media and websites, with excellent writing and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Social), with knowledge of trends, audience engagement, and analytics.
* Graphic design, photography, and editing skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and working within brand guidelines.
* Highly organised with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines, work collaboratively in a team, and operate autonomously while ensuring policy compliance.
